I never sleep well in the hotels there because the HVAC is from the 80s it seems like, in most of them. Drinks are allowed on board: smoking is not. Most of the Captains are happy to answer questions on the area, things to see and places to eat. During one trip on the water taxi, there were two women that asked if they could get on and ride even though the taxi was going in the opposite direction of their destination.
